Return Policy

All sales are final

Because our books are workbooks meant to be used as purchased, all orders are final and books cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before you pay — check the titles, quantities and shipping address.

If we made a mistake

The one exception is a mistake on our side, such as sending the wrong title or quantity. If that happens, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, with your order number. We will send the correct books or refund the difference, and we will cover the cost of getting it right.

Damaged in shipping

We do not replace or refund books that arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the box and the books. We will look into what might have happened — for example, whether the damage happened with the shipping company — and get back to you.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled only if it has not shipped yet. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Before disputing a charge

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first. We are happy to resolve it directly and quickly.
